Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the BookingBots platform, APIs, developer tools and websites. By using the service you agree to them.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between BookingBots and the entity you represent. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Additional terms may apply to specific plans or services; where they conflict with these terms, the specific terms take precedence for that service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at security@bookingbots.com if you believe a credential has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer's data.

Automated scraping of inventory outside the documented API, deliberate circumvention of rate limits, and load testing without prior written agreement are not permitted.

4. Travel supply and bookings

BookingBots aggregates and distributes inventory supplied by third parties. The supplier's own terms, fare rules and cancellation policies govern each booking.

We take reasonable care to keep availability and pricing accurate and revalidate before booking, but we are not the provider of the underlying travel service.

5. Fees and payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your plan. Usage-based charges, where applicable, are billed in arrears.

Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Service levels and availability

We target 99.9% availability. Enterprise agreements may include a contractual SLA with service credits.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable, and we publish live status and incident history on our status page.

7. Intellectual property

BookingBots retains all rights in the platform, its software, documentation and branding. You retain all rights in your own data and content.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription term, in accordance with these terms.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the care it applies to its own, and will use it only to perform this agreement.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience at the end of a billing period, or immediately for material breach that remains uncured after 30 days' written notice.

On termination, access ends and we will delete or return your data in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@bookingbots.com.
